4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Besides the use of authentic fragrance pictures, for the sole purpose for customers to see which inspired cologne they are receiving.
